2005

January

The company Onus Design is created from Demographics and is taken on by the now Managing Director, Sir Kristian Snell, then a sole trader with an initial investment of just £10.

May
Onus explores the vehicle warning market by launching its first range of emergency warning lightbars, the Maxibar™.

2006

January
Onus Technologies is created from the existing design company, Onus Design.

March
Onus begins trading with a foreign manufacturer base, covering the United Kingdom, parts of Europe and China.

September
Onus begins selling into Western Europe and Scandinavia with the release of the new lightbar, the Maxibar™ X.

2007

February
The company's manufacturer base now covers the United Kingdom, Canada, Australasia and China.

May
Onus takes on the brand of Lightbar Warehouse™ to enable the company to sell into other parts of Europe including several new EU member states.

December
Onus releases over 500 new products into its ranges including lightbars, beacons, directional lighting and automotive accessories.

2008

February
Kristian Alexander Limited begins taking the role of parent company from Onus as they unveil their latest subsidiary, Park Automotive™.

June
Onus unveil the world's brightest emergency warning lightbar into its range, called the Maxibar™ XB.

July
The new charity, the Kristian Alexander Charity Award Scheme is launched helping local charities raise money for their local causes.

Onus® becomes a registered trademark of Kristian Alexander Limited to help secure their brand into the coming years.

August
Park Automotive sign an agreement on behalf of Kristian Alexander Limited to grow their product range to over 16,000 products in total.

September
Onus Technologies partner with Chrysler Group LLC helping to create the first fleet of Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge emergency vehicles available.

November
The first Black & White Ball is held to raise money for charity as part of the group's Charity Award Scheme.

2009

January

A massive re-structure takes place and Lightbar Warehouse is dissolved into the group to allow for successful expansion of the company's other divisions.

Onus Design launches itself with new partnerships across the UK in order to secure more work from different and as yet unexplored customer bases.

February
The group launches KA Home, specialising in domestic and commercial halogen and LED lighting products for general, design and architectural use.

March
Onus Technologies sees its biggest changes ever covering distribution, the launch of the new Maxibar™ XS and a new range of LED lightbars.
 
The exclusive Philippa Collection is launched from KA Home, a select range of home lighting products.
