So you're interested in working for the group but are curious as to how your
application will be dealt with? If so, read on...
Step 1
For the first step and on receiving your application form we will check your
eligibility for the role and mark your responses to competency questions (if
applicable) on your application form. If the application form is
successful at this stage, you will be notified in writing.
Step 2
If you passed your initial assessment you will be asked to attend an
interview either an individual member of staff or a panel depending on the
job you are applying for. You will again be assessed for your
eligibility and competency throughout the interview process.
Step 3
Once your interview is completed and you have been successful up until this
point, your references and background information will be checked.
Your application form will provide us with information based on your
previous employment, experience and if applicable, whether security
clearance needs to be applied for. This may need to be obtained
particularly if working within certain Onus Technologies roles.
To protect your privacy, any information found from any background checks
will be disclosed to you at your request before they are destroyed. We
will cover the cost of obtaining any additional information.
