New customer-focused web site launched

Onus have launched their newly re-developed web site showcasing their skills and experience with the technologies used.
The company is always open to feedback with its communications and had received feedback that the previous web site lacked information and although the site was used frequently it often resulted in more queries than when the customer entered.
One of the main features of the web site with its new layout and coding using CSS technologies is the ease of access between you as our clients and ourselves as a supplier condensing 7 email addresses into 2 and with the launch of a new support team for each region.

If you have any problems, comments or questions about the new web site then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Although not entirely finished, the web site has launched with several additions to follow including a new online shop for computer products and office supplies as well as help and support centres for our business customers.
We do not currently have any plans to launch customer accounts online as we prefer the 'human touch'.
