About us
We are based in Weymouth, Dorset providing an array of quality services between three market sectors.

The history
Our roots lie in a previous organisation, Demographics which we procured in 2005 in order to expand into all three of our chosen sectors and in doing this, this has helped us to build and sell award-winning systems, web sites and other products.

With a healthy background in the internet and computer industries, the company has developed with a customer-focused ethic providing amongst other things, web design, computer software, systems and support, vehicle warning technologies (though Onus Technologies) and printed works.

Setting our sights overseas
In late 2005, we expanded 'across the pond' forming an alliance within the United States making our printed and clothing ranges available in the United States, Canada and across Europe.

At the beginning of 2006, we signed agreements with manufacturing agents and companies in China to help our company obtain products which achieve our goals of quality and value within any of our market sectors.

We have started to manufacture electrical equipment for vehicles and are intending to launch them in Europe in 2007/8.

Our locations
As well as being located in Weymouth, Dorset at the heart of the heritage coast in England, we also have a base in Canary Wharf, London providing dedicated web servers and systems to our customers across the United Kingdom and Europe.

The system also allows us to access our own technologies direct from any site using an internet connection.

What does Onus stand for?
Onus is not an abbreviation, simply legal rhetoric for taking responsibility for something.  Quite simply - our aim is to take responsibility for everything we do from beginning to end.

Partnerships with Onus
As well as being members for the United Kingdom Web Design Association, the Technologies division of Onus is also partnered with the Think! Road Safety campaign and is also involved in charity recycling with Tommy's, Age Concern and Barnardo's.
